産品描述

番茄凝集素(Tomato lectin,Lycopersicon Esculentum Lectin(LEL)),是一(yī)種非常穩定的單亞基糖蛋白(bái),約含有等量的蛋白(bái)質和碳水(shuǐ)化合物(wù)。據報(bào)道其糖類部分由85%阿拉伯糖和15%半乳糖組成,在溶液中可能(néng)形成多(duō)聚體聚合物(wù)。番茄凝集素雖然和土(tǔ)豆凝集素、曼陀羅凝集素(DSL)和麥胚凝集素(WGA)有部分相(xiàng)同的特異性,但在許多(duō)多(duō)面呈現出獨特之處。番茄凝集素LEL能(néng)夠很好地與血型糖蛋白(bái)(glycophorin)和Tamm-Horsfall糖蛋白(bái)結合,能(néng)夠有效結合和标記齧齒類動物(wù)的血管内皮(vascular endothelium)。


本品為(wèi)綠色熒光(guāng)素标記的番茄凝集素(來源于Lycopersicon esculentum),Ex/Em=495/515nm,通(tōng)過血管内灌注法或直接染色組織切片能(néng)快速且有效的檢測和可視化齧齒類動物(wù)的血管和小(xiǎo)膠質細胞。
