氨基嘧啶CHIR99021是目前為(wèi)止報(bào)道的選擇性最強的GSK-3β抑制劑。與其他強效的GSK-3抑制劑相(xiàng)比,CHIR99021不會(huì)交叉抑制細胞周期蛋白(bái)依賴性激酶(CDKs),對GSK-3β的選擇性是對CDKs的350倍。與抑制MAPK來源的分化誘導信号聯合,使用CHIR99021阻斷GSK-3β信号使得胚胎幹細胞能(néng)自(zì)我更新。
