lozoyensis的一(yī)種棘白(bái)菌素類抗真菌劑,是紐莫康定 B0(Pneumocandin
B0,Cat#:MS0112)的衍生(shēng)物(wù)[1]。卡泊芬淨有效作用于3959株臨床分離的念珠菌(MIC90= 1 µg/ml),包括耐氟康唑或伊曲康唑的分離物(wù);以及38株臨床分離的曲黴,包括黃曲黴(A. flavus)、煙(yān)曲黴(A.
fumigatus)、黑(hēi)曲黴(A. niger)和土(tǔ)曲黴(A. Terreus)(MICs
= <0.25-64 µg/ml)[2-3]。卡泊芬淨抑制1,3-β-D-葡聚糖合成酶的活性(白(bái)色念珠菌膜制備物(wù)的IC50=0.6nM)[4]。播散性念珠菌病或曲黴菌病小(xiǎo)鼠模型中,卡泊芬淨提高(gāo)存活率[5]。
